Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) announced a block-trading transaction on the shares of Pioneers Holding Company for Financial Investment.
The deal involved the trading of 2.5 million shares at a total value of EGP 11.75 million, according to a statement on Monday.
During 2020, Pioneers Holding achieved net profits of EGP 1.08 billion, down from EGP 1.353 billion a year earlier, including minority shareholders’ rights.
